2. Equipment Rental Services
LiftMarket provides equipment rental information and reservation requests for material handling and access equipment including forklifts, pallet trucks, reach trucks, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and related equipment. All rental requests are subject to equipment availability, approval, and final confirmation by LiftMarket.
3. Pricing
Prices displayed on this website are provided for informational purposes only and may change without notice. Delivery, pickup, fuel, environmental fees, taxes, damage waiver fees, and other applicable charges may apply.
4. Equipment Availability
Equipment availability is not guaranteed until a reservation has been confirmed by LiftMarket. LiftMarket reserves the right to substitute equipment with a comparable model when necessary.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for operating rented equipment safely and in accordance with all manufacturer recommendations and applicable regulations. Customers must ensure that all operators are properly trained and qualified to operate the rented equipment.
6. Damage and Loss
The customer is responsible for any damage, theft, misuse, or loss of rented equipment occurring during the rental period unless otherwise covered by an approved damage waiver agreement.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, images, logos, graphics, text, and materials contained on this website are the property of LiftMarket and/or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
LiftMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or any rented equipment.
9. Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws.
10. Changes to Terms
LiftMarket reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between LiftMarket and the user regarding the use of this website.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
