Rental Terms & Conditions
By renting equipment from Interglobe Alliance Inc., LiftMarket.ca, or LiftLand.ca, the customer agrees to the following terms:
- Equipment must be operated only by qualified and authorized operators.
- Customers are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until it is returned and accepted.
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
- Any damage, loss, theft, misuse, missing parts, or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the customer.
- Delivery and pickup charges may apply unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Rental charges continue until the equipment is returned and inspected.
- Customers are responsible for proper fueling, battery charging, and daily inspections during the rental period.
- A valid government-issued ID and credit card may be required before rental.
- Proof of insurance may be required for commercial rentals.
- All rental rates, fees, and charges are subject to applicable taxes.
- By proceeding with a rental, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the full Rental Agreement.
